Three ways to put a system in the ground.
Your soil test will determine the type of system that can be installed. Top Tier will design your system based off of that test.
Often called a conventional system. This is an ideal onsite treatment system where soils are deep, permeable and well-drained. The In-Ground Gravity soil absorption system is simple, inexpensive and relatively maintenance free. The In-Ground Pressurized system can be used where elevation is lacking by means of a pressurized pump system.
From soil test to design, county and state submittals, then installation. Pumps, floats, alarms, baffles and jetting out drain fields after that.

3 FT Wellhead and basement
What is in the water, and what to do about it.
Hard water is calcium and magnesium, and it is common across Wisconsin. It is not a health problem. It is a scale problem, a soap problem and a dry skin problem.
Water softener
The fix for hard water. Minerals build up on sinks and tubs, eat through soap and shorten the life of a washing machine, a water heater and a dishwasher. Not all of the water in the house has to run through the softener, and exterior faucets should stay off it unless you wash cars from them.
Reverse osmosis
Four high-performance stages before the water reaches your faucet. For a private well with nitrate issues, for water that tastes wrong, and for the end of bottled water in the fridge.
Iron filtration
Red, brown or yellow staining on laundry, glassware and fixtures means iron. Top Tier uses oxidation and filtration together, a design with no chemicals, feeders, pumps or compressors in it.
Acid neutralizer
Low pH water is corrosive, and it shows up as blue-green staining on the fixtures. The neutralizer corrects the pH by passing the feed water through a mix of water-soluble media.
Whole house filter
Large capacity filtration for high flow and heavy sediment. Placed ahead of the other treatment so the equipment behind it lasts longer.
We are different than other water treatment providers in that our staff are fully licensed plumbers, not just holding a restricted license.

4 FT At transfer
Buying or selling? Look at the ground first.
A new well or a failed drain field runs into the thousands. If a property is changing hands, an inspection is the cheap part.
- Code compliance and function.We inspect the well for visible code compliance and basic functionality.
- Water sampling.Arsenic, coliform and E. coli bacteria, and nitrates. Additional tests are available if you want them.
- Licensed people only.The state of Wisconsin requires well and septic inspections be done by licensed individuals.
- Tank pumped first.If it has not been pumped recently, it gets pumped before the inspection. Top Tier can coordinate that for you.
- The exterior.Drain field conditions, the tank and the lid, and the pump tested for function where there is one.
- No surprises after closing.An inspection tells a buyer what is there before the bill lands on their side of the table.

Wow... incredible work. They showed up on time, listened, and were professional. They knocked-off 5 (five) separate plumbing issues, all completed before noon. They closed/locked the Apartment and didn't leave a trace behind (i.e. everything was cleaned-up). I couldn't believe it. I no longer need to flush the toilet with a bucket of water or wash dishes in the tub.
